I used to like Chase. Sure, he had the personality of a saltine cracker, but man, the guy could ride. Lately, though? He’s been fumbling the PR side of things like it’s part of his training program. His response to Lewis’s tweet? About the worst possible thing he could have said. It wasn’t just tone-deaf — he outright contradicted his team manager and managed to sound both defensive and dismissive. Impressive, in the worst way. Let’s not pretend the KTM is the villain here. Chase isn’t losing titles because of orange plastic — it’s what’s going on between the handlebars...

Chase just ride the damn bike. At this point you know you can’t win the championship, you have a beautiful factory KTM waiting for you and an able body. Get tf out there dude!!!

Agree, it is on him. As far as AP, let's be honest, he'd probably seem enthusiastic if he found a corn dog on the ground. One of the reasons everybody loves that guy unconditionally.

But didn't he say the day before in a weege interview I think it was when talking about the bike, he said the engine is good was just doing suspension testing after first round. But now its slow?

Yes, but a bit of context here. In the interview where this is from the discussion between Lewis and Prado touched on how Prado likes a lot of power on his bikes, especially to help with starts, but also with his general riding style. Lewis reminded him Herlings had said he'd die if he rode Prado's bike because of the extra power. So, it doesn't mean the Kawi is not fast enough, it's just not powerful enough for Prado.

He is searching for the mental fortitude to beat a Healthy Jett and Eli. Its the same story for most of Sextons career. Hates the bike when his competition is there and when they fall off with injury and hes the fastest left, loves the bike.

I had the same thought and started figuring that he just got more comfortable and realized he was down on power once he got situated. As for Chase, I have a feeling every bike is going to have an issue for him. I like the guy, he’s just been kind of a headcase.

this whole situation is just fucking crazy , I still think he got a concussion but if more ppl with thin the walls are noticing something off with this , then there’s smoke to the fire , this a bad look for chase in my opinion

I've been a big fan of Chase but he is making it harder.....It ain't the bike bro. Prado is openly telling Kawi he needs more juice. Moving to that team is not even a lateral move for him IMHO. He is his own worst enemy and until he can fix that, it doesn't matter what he rides. He has the speed to beat Jett and Eli, but so far he has not allowed himself to do it.

You think if Chase and KTM were to part ways before his contract is up, he's going to get on the Kawi with no testing or settings and come back for outdoors? Really?

I think pro motocrossers are more susceptible gut problems becuase they train so hard and travel every week.
