I dunno… When a guy can be a 9-5 Regular Joe & go out and race with this crowd, he may have an entirely different perspective than the average fan. He might even have a sarcastic view of the “factory rider” life and be a bit annoyed at some of the whining he hears and sees. With that taken into account, I can see where he’s coming from. I don’t need to agree with it, but it’s interesting to hear.

I don’t think Chase was joking at all. I think Mark’s view of himself is so disconnected from the factory rider level, that he has no trouble talking about these guys in the same way a fan would. He made some comments about Eli as well.

Mark is awkward in general. He is hilarious but not sure he is always trying to be, if you catch my drift.

Sexton getting pissed about what Mark Fineis says is a bad look for himself. Dude should be focusing on getting healthy and getting back to winning, not worrying what the 14th-place guy thinks.

Speaking from experience... dropped off a set of forks one night at a race and said just need oil and seals, come back to 800$ charge later for god only knows what.

You only get those if you pay extra and if its actually available...ask the guys who have tried to operate their franchises without access to that branded stuff.

Since the Colorado location was specifically mentioned in this thread, I feel it is fair to give my side of the story. I can only speak about my own documented experience. I owned and operated an established suspension business before entering the TBT franchise relationship. I paid the franchise fee and completed training because I believed I was purchasing an organized franchise system with manuals, documented procedures, technical support, clear parts requirements, marketing assistance, and value from the TBT name. That was not what I experienced. I repeatedly had to chase basic information, follow up on unanswered emails and messages...

70+ has been around for a while Racer X vet series at Red Bud they only get 7 . Glen Helen has 70+ too I think. Red bud 23 had 40 in 60+ b4 they split the class to a& b. 15 or 19 in 65+. David Hand won 60 , he did the nationals for 10+ yrs. Mostly on a 500 & still races a 500 at mid Ohio & a 2k cr250. 1 of the classes Carson Brown , Willard, Toth , then Hand on the 500. Yeah he’s fast & smooth yet.

They need to come up with a 70+ class. In two years I will make my comeback!!!!! 😁
