This is why companies get so crazy about their logos... they don't want their brand name "supporting" a message they don't endorse. You know, like telling people to go buy another brand. 😁

Saw this guy outside of my house today with some interesting jersey design: half O’Neal half Fox with RC on a Suzuki decked out on the back. What a strange knock off. I see all sorts of designs like this all over Southeast Asia, which made me think of other weird designs others would have come across?

I've got the 35mm tall seat and its been great. I'll have a tall seat on all bikes moving forward. Stock pegs went back on the bike while I was at the track because they just were not comfortable for me. The were also smaller than stock which was disappointing. I have tried two different tall bars and CR Highs and Windham bends. The Windham bend is currently on the bike as I felt the CR Highs had way too much sweep back. I'm torn with the tall bars because it really does open up the cockpit and I like...

Be careful doing that with the bar mounts; that is not how a proper rubber mounted setup works. Rubber washers in-line with the fastener stack will not allow the mount bolt/shaft to achieve the proper tension and clamping load to the triple clamp. This will cause the fastener to fail in fatigue and/or cause the nut to come loose. It will work fine initially, and it will continue working fine, right up till it doesn't... I'd highly recommend going back to the stock bar mount setup with your other changes and see if the positive is still there (I bet...

Just wanted to post a little update. I swapped out my pro taper throttle tube with the bearing for a motion pro plastic one and threw some pro taper grips I had laying around. They're the 1/3 waffle mix grips and they feel super soft so I figured it would be better than the full waffle I had on before. Also found some M12 rubber washers that were fairly dense on Amazon and put them under the bar mounts (both sides of the upper clamp) and torqued it down to spec. Man what a difference! I'm not exactly sure how...

When you say vibration, do you mean purely engine vibration, vibration from the track (small chop, etc.), or both? Bar mounts can help a bit for engine vibration, but it won't be a dramatic change. But bar mounts can be a massive help for track vibration, chop, hard hits, etc. (bigger, lower frequency inputs), particularly for the YZ two strokes as they have solid mounted bars to begin with. As others mentioned, get rid of the aluminum throttle tube, and use glue-on grips with a plastic throttle tube from Motion Pro or similar. You can also push/pull a foam cylinder...

Let’s see some photos of it! Can’t look that bad. How many mm+ is your seat? I’m 6’3”, almost got a KTM 250SXF but I ended up getting a 25 KX250 and I love it. Kawasaki’s have two Footpeg mount locations on the frame, I put mine in the couple mm lower one, and also move the bars into the...

There were a lot of complaints about Thunder Valley last week on the dirt and track prep. I'm curious what the consensus from the riders was for High Point? It looked deep with some one liners in some sections but had multiple line options in many others. This is probably odd to most, but it is so nice seeing tracks like High Point surrounded by grass unlike Pala that looks like a construction site.

I know this is going to get hate, but me and my wife ran into Haiden Deegan in Nashville 2 years ago the night before Supercross. He was with his little entourage who seemed a little much, but he was nice enough to stop and take a picture with me and my wife, and multiple other people while walking around...

I saw Deegan doing donuts on some parking lot in his R8. When I was about to introduce myself, the cops arrived and I made my way out just in time.

I ran into DeanO at a LA fitness in Temecula back in 2011 and he was by himself doing his thing, chatted with him a bit. A month or two later I ran into him at a club in old town and was back shootin the shit with him. DeanO always been cool as hell.

Dude is truly just a huge fan of the sport deal, after that was over I asked if he cared for a pic, was definitely really cool

I was on a road trip up the PCH in 2018 and RV and his wife roll up in the parking lot of Point Lobos State Park. We saw each other, he knew I knew, and I let them be. Then it was weird cuz we went on the same little hike and I felt like I was following him around lol I snagged a pic. Random side note. My friend to the right is Max Vohland’s uncle and I had to explain to him who RV was haha

I saw Ryan Hughes at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I...

I met Marv and his family right when he came to the US at the Home Depot in Corona. I met Seth Hammaker in Newport Beach last year when he was on the way to Doc G’s place. I used to see Ryder D cycling in Newport Beach a lot before he went to Florida. I saw Juju doing like 80 mph through Costa Mesa side streets in his truck. I see Wardy cycling pretty regularly, that guy will put absolutely anyone to shame on a bike. When I was in high school, I worked at cold stone and Josh...

First, I acknowledge there is already another thread that mentions the humorous side of chain saws...and it is spot on (I can promise you everyone including the rattle snakes were annoyed)! That said, there is a very serious side of to this topic that no one has mentioned. The reason for another post to keep the two trains of thoughts separate. I understand why the manufactures (executive level - not the race teams themselves) have been pushing for sound reduction. So, we have all this effort going into testing that frustrates the mechanics, team managers and all the AMA officials...

Sounds like trolling to me, but one fast lap doesn’t win the race. Will he ever beat Jett? Probably. Will he win a championship? Maybe. Lucas Coenan looks to be ready to compete next year. And there’s always the risk of an injury. Not a Deegan fan. Not a Deegan hater. His actions and chirping are irritating, and he has yet to beat either of the Lawrence’s. Much less even lead a lap in 450. And he had nothing for Lucas last week. In addition to getting spanked by Jett. My opinion is that he has been raised by a...
