9 hours ago Thanks for the feedback. I don't have a problem with overwatering to start the day its just the way you have to operate when there are a lot of riders. Who else is running this weekend that is in the area? I only saw that Field of Dreams has their Spring Fling this weekend.

Man, if you guys could have seen Dutchmen in the 70's and 80's... whew. Winter Enduro demo derby on the oval track..... 😵 One of the gnarliest races I ever did was a hare scramble there in the snow on top of semi-thawed mud and field grass with ruts up to the seat.... lol

4/1/2026 7:31pm Just got the Alpinestars A4 Max and its the same way. First chest protector I've had in a long time that isn't noticeable while you're out on the track. As for the rule, I wouldn't be surprised to see them mandate the air bags within the next 10 years.

Fwiw it was a weird part of the whoops. He might’ve ridden it out but the bike caught on that last “half-whoop” and sent him down. Just bad luck. Was a hard hit, and we know other riders would’ve been out the rest of the season or at least 4-5 races.

Aside from causing crashes and near crashes, I don't think the extra 1/2 whoop was a separator. There is a difference between "nerfing" a track and using common sense design choices.
