Exactly. I've done plenty of independent contractor work. Always in the contract exactly when I'll be paid. Up to me to put in direct deposit info, if I do then the money gets deposited that day, if I don't they cut a check and it's in the mail that day and I get emailed documentation saying check is in the mail. This stuff isn't complicated. They all have pro license and have to sign up, promoter has enough info.
