When you go way up on spring rate from stock you need a revalve or the bike may feel like a spring board when leaving jump faces. You also need to put stiffer springs in the fork to maintain bike balance. You can try turning in the rebound clicker but it can only do so much.

I just checked and the 2026 KX450F weighed 238 pounds, so if the 325 2T is 234 pounds, that is a bit of a head scratcher. I feel it should be at least 10 pounds lighter than the bigger engined 450 4T. I also wonder about the round lower frame rails on the traditional aluminum frame main spars.. the lower rails look delicate and out of place. just put in my order for a 2027 300 yesterday, KTM. Dealer said they expect the 27's to start rolling in in May, as in next month. so, I expect a KTM press release on 2027 models soon...Would have liked that KX but done waiting. Will be riding instead!

Congrats. I think you'll like it, Just one practice session in, but suspension is very plush, and the motor has a ton of torque on bottom. Didn't really run it out yet because still in break-in mode. The bike corners well and has excellent stability at higher speeds. They can be a little tough to find. I ordered mine in November and it came in (a little earlier than anticipated) in late January.

Agree. To me, for non racers, the YZ 250 is the ultimate bike in every single aspect. Hence why I ride one
