I think Cooper is just pissed about his teammate doing this. When Tomac took him out for cross jumping, Cooper owned up to it and basically said he deserved it. It’s not his style to take it personal, he just comes back swinging the next round. This was personal for whatever reason. Deegan is Deegan, he talks shit to riders who he beats and riders who’ve accomplished way more than him on the track. No one’s going to change that.

Not the biggest Webb fan but gained some points with me tonight. Douche boy 38 was punked all summer on the track. And now his own team mate took the fight tonight to him in the pits.

Star gets more exposure from this than a win. Coop is under contract and there is bonus money on the line. Deegan is a dumbass, get's what's coming.

Star has allowed Deegan to get away with taking teammates out in the past so they have condoned his behavior. Deegan may have poked the wrong bear here. I hope Webb takes it to him. Turnaround fair play, Deegan wants to race this way then no one can fault Webb or anybody else racing him the same way.

The kid rode well and his interviews were much better, but the whole “give this kid some confidence” narrative needs to stop. Confidence has never been an issue for him, but he still went 0-22 this summer. He needs quite a few wins before I anoint him as being better, or even in the same category as, Hunter, Jett and Kenny.
