Almost impossible in the southern part of the state. Grew up in Santee. There is no forest to speak of. Just open, brushy hills It was a seasonal event. Winds, dry brush, a spark. And when it gets windy, you literally have flaming tumbleweeds rolling down your street, or gathering up against your fences, or rolling up together in canyons. More times than I can remember, fires coming down to the edges of our neighborhood.

54 minutes ago seems strange Sexton's dad is not mentioned in any of this? He was a regular participant as an intermediary supposedly detailing Chase's requests on bike setup and appearing to share some of the thinking between rider and team. Some people thought it should be directly between rider and team without dad in the middle.

This is what I've been saying all season. He did the same in year 1 when he struggled on the KTM indoors. Dude one 8 races in year two and almost the title and still thought the grass was greener elsewhere. This isn't the bike. It's hopping around looking for a fit that doesn't exist when he would be better served by just putting in the time to feel comfortable on the bike. 22 hours ago were the 94s any better? I acquired 1 back in 2001 needing new top end but never got around to getting it running. Now it looks too tall for me and can't decide whether to get it going or move it along as-is with all the parts I bought for it.

1 day ago just looked at this again and had a thought. You have 1 son that may move states. You have grandkids you get to spend lots of quality time with now while young and living locally-cherish it. Hell, it's all speculation. Just sayin' that R.J. broke it down to perfection, as far as what's available for him, in a very small market. Burnt bridges, rider's, and team's, not wanting his drama disrupting their operations. All based on proven past history. (He also touched on the problems with motodads. Sound familiar ???) Rosters have filled up fast for the 27 season. 1 day ago I just took my Maverick to local Ford dealer where I bought for Quicklane service oil changes. Was able to keep using Ford points and they send discount coupons all the time. My time is worth more than the $ I paid for that.
