On another note, have you noticed that AC has changed the way he speaks on race day live? He sounds more monotone now than he was before. I especially noticed it on the Detroit broadcast. His enthusiasm (or at least the way he expresses it) seems to be less.

I think the Cocksey mob has infiltrated vital. He does endless number of videos complaining about the broadcasters, Feld, Davey, Roczen, etc. His minions lap it up, then regurgitate it here with complaints. Rinse repeat.

Responses like these about JT or Will saying she spoke with a rider always make me laugh. Oh you think it’s redundant huh? Almost like…they’re doing it on purpose? They are like teammates in a bigger picture. The broadcast gives them a specific job to fulfill. Will C isn’t going and talking to riders because she came up with the idea. It’s a role given to her by production. Her and JT are trackside “insiders” who give the viewer a sense of understanding the riders story more as the night unfolds. Probably the best guy and replacement possible for Blair. He was also always great with Paulin in the booth at MXON/MXGP races. Hope they put him in the booth outdoors with Weege at some point, while AC does the track side/interview stuff. That would be one hell of the team. I do really like JS7 aswell, but it seems like he is less invested than last year?

The last year works bikes were allowed was 1985, Rick Johnson won the championship on a production based YZ250... racing against Honda's $100,000 works RC250RC... Privateers raced the main events in 1985, it's not the bike, it's the rider.

I LOVE when people speak of how great 4 strokes are, yet after 23ish years, they still won't even allow 150cc and 300cc bikes in classes. That pretty much settles all fact knowledge needed.

Don't know... but there's plenty of evidence of people not buying things when they get too expensive (or aren't what they want). And companies that sell things that aren't being bought don't tend to stay in business.

Because motogp style bikes on the start line would make being a privateer in the main event impossible. We can’t do that in our sport.

I think It just frustrates RC to see this happen as he knows its VERY easy to back it down 5% and not crash as much. Chase is amazingly fast but he has the thought process of a 11 year old panic'd child.

Agreed, but the allure of Webb is he will never, ever by caught dead in last place, he’ll get like a 14th place start at the absolute worst because he doesn’t take the risks that Sexton does

I agree with Meister. I actually see it the other way around. From everything I’ve heard about RC’s upbringing, the mindset was that making a mistake once is understandable, but repeating it is unacceptable. I think RC holds Chase in high regard, which is why it bothers him when he keeps making the same mistakes. It seems like, to RC, that's unbecoming of a rider at Chase’s level and potential.
