You think if Chase and KTM were to part ways before his contract is up, he's going to get on the Kawi with no testing or settings and come back for outdoors? Really?
The rumors that chase is unhappy with the KTM is totally a result of chase not being able to beat Jett. He looked really good on it in SX this year. Anyway a move to Kawasaki is not going to fix that, in fact he’ll basically be giving up a whole year to develop the bike. Chase should be working on his mental game not his bike.
To answer the OP's question, unless KTM releases him from his contract, yes, he'll be on a KTM.

I've been a big fan of Chase but he is making it harder.....It ain't the bike bro. Prado is openly telling Kawi he needs more juice. Moving to that team is not even a lateral move for him IMHO. He is his own worst enemy and until he can fix that, it doesn't matter what he rides. He has the speed to beat Jett and Eli, but so far he has not allowed himself to do it.
Rumor is it that he is already trying to get out of his Kawi contract...Signing with another team.
