Were you there? Do you know all the details of what happened? IF it's true that no flaggers were present in the area, and he got run over multiple times when he should have been protected, then yes, I'd be suing the sh1t out of the organizers too. It's a dangerous sport, and poor track operations are often a contributing factor. Having raced Mammoth, one of the first things I saw was it's a tough track to cover and there are a lot of places where speeds are high but access to the track is difficult. Here is an update from me. He actually painted my helmet. The only problem is he did not do anything I asked for and it’s ugly as shit. He put my name on the side. I told him to keep it.

This was my setup for A Day In The Dirt at LACR a couple years back. I camped in that little trailer with my bulldog and my buddy for 4 nights! It was by far the most fun i have ever had racing moto.
