This is a very smart way to handle haiden. Haiden wants to do mind games and will twist literally anything he would say. Remember when jett last year said “haidens not in the same class as me so I’m not really thinking about it” and everyone knew jett literally meant hes not in the 450 class hes in the 250 class, but haiden twisted it to make it sound like jett was saying hes in a different class as a rider. It was ridiculous but I’m sure after that jett realized theres nothing you can say that cant be twisted so just dont say his name at all. Smart. Plus hes low key sonning haiden cuz haiden cant stop talking about jett and jett pretends he doesnt even exist lol.
You might be right. Deegz might be more motivated to win than anyone and willing to work harder than anyone on the gate. But he's not as talented as Jett. And all the desire and hard work isn't enough to overcome the gift from god Jett was born with IMO
No, Jett hunted Gajser down and passed him, and then Tim stayed close and got him back. It was still badass by Tim but not the same thing.
Only one to pass and hold it. Plessinger did it for a few corners last year at Lakewood, Sexton started ahead of Jett and held him back at Washougal and Ironman.

If my memory serves me correct. Chase Sexton is the only person to straight up pass Jett and take the win, in MX and SX, without him crashing.

Jett should do what stewart did to reed and waive deegan by and then blow his doors off as usual. Maybe that will shut him up for a few more weeks.

Jett was in the field in Chase's last to first run at Hangtown but Jett was recovering from injury I believe. He also passed and dropped him at Southwick one year but not sure of Jett's condition that day .
It is sooo wild to me that we have a rider this good that instead of talking about who beat him we can mainly only talk about riders who passed him once or showed him a wheel. 🤣
Hangtown 2024? Surely that doesnt count lmao. Jett wasnt "recovering" from an injury. He crashed and injured himself on the very first lap right there at Hangtown with coming up short on a double no one else did

450 moto 1 last year at Washougal Chase straight up beat Jett. So did Eli.
Southwick moto 2 in 2024 Sexton passed him and won the moto, Jett still got the overall with a 2-1 tho and Chase went 3-1.
Chase at Washougal last year. There was one triple crown race in 2024 where both Eli and Chase went by Jett and finished in front of him but I don't remember which one.
Chase also dominated moto 1 at Ironman last year, but if I remember correctly he only passed Hunter for the lead?

Deegs is getting closer every weekend. Moto 1 closest hes ever been and now hes got Jet playing his game. Deegan makes the races exciting. I dont care if Jet wins or Deegan wins, I want to see battles. In years past Jet will holeshot and win, give the standard podium speech, rinse and repeat every weekend. I'm here for s*** talking from both sides and battles.
I kind of see Deegan in a must win situation this year. As easily a Lucas Coenen handled him. Not sure when he moves to the AMA races full time. And don't forget, he probably will have his wingman who will be over here soon as well. I think Jett has respect for the Coenen's..

Moto 1 Ironman last year was when Jett hit the gate at the start.
Renaux best him in moto 3 at the ‘22 MXoN but Jett started behind him.
That’s was Jett’s 450 debut and he went 1-2 to win the Open class. Incidentally he passed Chase in both motos.

Chase did pass Jett at Southwick 2024. Jett was still recovering from his Hangtown crash a few weeks beforehand. Still won the overall though.
Ah yeah, when they scrapped his whole moto for that compared to what's his name who cheated 7 times and only lost 7 positions. Fun how that works.
