I think Dylan is underrated. Most people only think about his 450 title. He was crazy good from 2019 - 2021. 2 West coast titles 19 & 20, 250 outdoor title in 20 and the 450 in 21. All he needed was the 450 SX title. Congratulations Dylan and have a great retirement.

This was my first motocross race in May of 1976 when I was a senior in high school. We had 40 riders in the 125C class but a few dropped out after practice. My mom took the Kodak Instamatic pictures. It had a lot of interesting elements: Davies drama, new first winners, including Deegan's first win. Roczen back with a passion. H Lawrence melt-down. Prado resurgence, It was a brutal race but I found it enjoyable to watch.

Wow, you know what the first thing I did was when I woke up this morning? Texted the four team managers that were rumored to have been clipped and texted Feld PR if there will be a statement regarding this.

Confirmed that Star's 250 team manager (Jensen Hendler) and 5.11 Triumph Factory Racing's General Manager Jeremy Coker have both been suspended for the LA round of SMX and removed from the team communication text chain. Confirmed that TLD Ducati's team manager (Josh Wisenor) was removed from the text chain and has had his team manager tower rights revoked. There's a rumor of one more team manager/owner who has also been removed but I haven't been able to confirm this at the time of writing. Yes, the suspensions started over the team members commenting on how much money the mud races...

He is already a fan favorite. He has the longest autograph lines and people were going nuts in the stands the last few laps both motos for him. Vital is not a true representation of the fandom.

It's impressive how well Deegan rode and how far off the established stars were. Not just that he won, so really congrats on two solid motos. If he had mixed results you could say "he got lucky", but he really dominated. Mud or not, a race is a race.

Best rider on the day, can't take that away! Like he was riding on a drier track. Seemed pretty humble in his speeches I saw, congrats to him for the win!
