Cant you all try and submit a chargeback?

Dude, I think only history buffs like us will get that reference. 😀

Kenny is a dual citizen, German and American.

I didn't realize Jett and Chase raced 450SX in 2019 and 2021.

My youngest may have to renounce his Japanese citizenship if he needs a TS/SCI (he’s Air Force), but other than that, he’ll keep both until he decides otherwise.

Just checked the beIN schedule for next week to see if the Canada round is on but didn’t see anything. Hopefully that changes over the course of the week, I really want to see Eli debut the KTM.

I’m happy I watched it on Tubi for free. Overall I enjoyed it!

Me too! Fit in perfect in between morning motos and me taking the wife to dinner. Paid nothing for it. No glitches. Fun racing to watch. Overall, I'd say I'm excited for next weekend.

It should be. BeIn was announced with several other services as streaming partners for the 2025 season, not just 1 round

The German National Anthem in Argentina to cap off the night was quite appropriate.

After World War II, an estimated 5,000 to 9,000 Nazis and collaborators escaped to Argentina through secret “ratlines,” aided by sympathetic officials under President Juan Perón.

And the U.S. took in 1,600 Nazis to work for the government

I don’t care what anyone says, hearing “light the candles” still makes me smile.

Hopefully these new WSX owners are in for the long haul and they figure out how to keep this going.  We all know this will never be AMA Supercross.  Enjoy it for what it is.

Also, can we get Friese back on a Honda to give Ken and half the field someone to pass?

For a free race on tubi in november this was great. Its not ama level, but its pretty decent now. No more arenacross tracks this year and theyre really in the sweet spot of the year with 5 races right in the middle of the off season. Cant complain.

Also taking advantage of this spot in the off season to give ppl all around the world a chance to see these guys in person is absolutely a huge net positive for the sport. Being able to go see deegan, roczen, j coop in person is a whole different ballgame vs it feeling like some far away thing you dont get to be a part of. I saw a vid on ig of the argentine fans doing soccer style chants before the race and it was freaking awesome!

I really hope this series sticks around, theyve found the perfect niche right here. Hopefully more mxgp guys start showing up in the future too so its not just an away game for US supercross, itll be even better if we can watch ama and gp guys compete in this when both series are off. Itll help deepen the roster a lot too which is def needed, especially in the sx2 class.

+ Kristen Beat. Good energy. Informed. Nice wardrobe. Enjoyed how she wrangled Larry Brooks into a real-time interview.

+ Jeff Emig.  Just solid. Almost too laid back! Knows the sport and comments well.

- Ralph Sheheen. 20 years earlier he would be fine but it's 2025. Not relevant.

Note: Watched for free via bein sport extra.

-Corporate BS at its highest level to try and trick you into believing everything you watched was the absolute top level of the sport. Including tons of it from ethics knight Blair.

One of my Boys was born at Lakenheath…but wife is American.  No dual citizenship…but he does have a British birth certificate and a British Health care card and can get free medical if he is over there….and willing to wait four months for an appointment…..lol.  ….and is it a coincidence that his ortho cost much more than my other kids??

Besides Vialle, are there any MXGP guys with enough SX experience to want to race pretty legit SX tracks? Safe to say Gasjer’s out after his Monster Cup attempts.

I would imagine it would be like what happens when guys come to the us from the gp’s only less races, easier competition, and you dont have to forgo the gp season because the races are in the off season. The coenans and dewolfe have shown they want to come over and race sx so going and doing 1 or 2 or even all 5 races would be a much easier way to dip your toe in than coming over and going right into 250 east or west. It would probably make the most sense for 250 class guys who want to come over to the us in a few years to get some experience under their belts against sx caliber guys but much reduced competition vs a full ama schedule. Do a couple wsx races in the off season for a couple years, gain some experience, then come to the us full time.

You could also have guys who dont plan on coming to the us to race that want to earn some extra money and try their hand at some sx that is not as tough tracks/competition. Euro guys have been coming over to the us forever with no experience and jumping right into the fire in 250 east or west so this is muuuch less extreme than that. I could see a few guys going for it, esp if they have a big name and the pay is good. Wsx would be a much better way for some euros who have wanted to try some sx to build up some sx experience over time without having to move across the world and do a whole new series.

Be patient, @super_fan_38 will show up any minute to make excuses.

Smoking clutches to a 3rd overall after only 7 days on the bike.  And Haiden is out there loving it, having fun, and learning. It's you and the other goofballs who need excuses, not me.

A couple hundred grand you say? 8000 people at say $100 a seat (some tickets cheaper, some a lot more) is $800 000 on my calculator.

And think about cost to host the race plus paying Deegan, Roczen, j coop 100-200k per race

The US doesn't recognize dual citizenship, but there is no specific law that allows them to do anything about it. They can't make you renounce your other citizenship.  Just don't pull out both passports in front of them at US immigration. They get mad.

Geeze Sully, I didn't think You'd be one of those that put s**t on Tim Gasjer.

To repeat, as I have done many times when people here go on about TGs SX 'failures' , his first Monster Cup, he lasted longer on the track than Tomac did before his own prang, and, in his second MC attempt in 2019, he got 5th overall.

Not that bad when you consider how many SXs, say Eli had done when TG did his first one, and, I think, ( if the German Luongo Disaster SX  race was between the two Monster Cup appearances by TG) his second Monster Cup was his 3rd 'SX'. So, 5th overall is pretty bloody good, against riders that had done a huge amount of SX races / seasons.
