Does anyone make decent gloves anymore?  I have tried 2 different brands and they seem to self destruct after a ride or two.  I just opened up a new pair yesterday and the seam was already split open on one of them.

I wear 100% brisker gloves.  They rule and offer a little protection.  50ish hours on a pair currently

I could get over a year out of a pair racing off road depending on how many wet races they saw.

If I’m wearing a glove, it’s for my pleasure. Ultra thins. Used to be Troy Lee designs air

But honestly nothing beats no gloves. Rain or shine it’s the best feel and grip to me.

Anyone have recent experience with the Deft fam gloves? I recently saw a lil documentary on Nate Adams about how his business partners screwed him/he made some bad decisions having friends as business partners. I figured I would get some to try when my Astars wore out and to support a rider. He finally got rid of the bad partners. I do like the Astars though and they have lasted me 1-2 years.

I have been using their EQVLNT gloves for a while now and really like them. I've been surprised at their durability given how light and thin they are. Affordable too at $30.

I came to post Deft Family. My son has been with them for 8 years I think. They are a great glove, pay attention to the cuff to find a style you prefer.
If you order let them know that Logan Wilson 93 sent you.

Ahh yes, I was waiting to see if anyone else would say this. I dont ride much anymore but I have a bunch of the different Hardy gloves. The thin ones are similar to most of the newer mx gloves, and they have some that are pretty similar to the old school mx gloves with a little more protection.

I just came out with new glove, that’s even thinner and lighter then my original’s for anyone looking for that style of glove, getting more colors made soon. Have cold weather gloves coming and more new designs in my original Asagi gloves too.

These new thin ones have held up great so far too.

Love these when the weather gets cold! I actually use them as running gloves and MTB use as well, and they are amazing for all that. My go-to under 50 degrees

Yup. New Fox gloves suck. I went through 3 pair in about 5 rides. Nevermore.

It's funny that the gloves today have almost no protection from rocks and roost, but the motorcycles are more powerful then ever, surprised there is not more broken fingers.

I wonder if old school gloves would have saved Jo's season? You can see his ultra thin glove shredded right where gloves used to have a layer of protective foam and a plastic (or leather) guard.

Deft gloves are some of my favorite all-time.  Have had several pairs from 2016-2018 era.  Currently only have one pair left and this is a good reminder to find some more.

I've tried random Fly and FXR gloves....meh.  Ok but fingers don't always fit right or seams end up in weird spots.  Also currently have  numerous Fox gloves as thats the gear I'm wearing, Bombers, 360, Airlines and Flexairs.  They all seem to fit me well and my go to's are the Airlines or Flexairs.  I have had some stitching come loose with not a lot of time on them, but then lately I've had a couple pairs last quite a long time.

That's what handguards are for. 😉

Asagi Wear gloves are rock solid! I race off road so gloves are super important, otherwise I’ll get severe blisters. @motomike894 has already posted above. He offers a few different style gloves. Strap. No straps. Strap ons. Strap off. 🤣 he’s getting em dialed in.

They cost less & last longer than some other brands I’ve had so I’m loving them. Also Mike will work with you a “custom design” if you have something in mind.

Some of the best gear I’ve ever worn. Gloves last way longer than my A Stars stuff

Another vote for 100% Briskers. They last forever and I can use them in 30* to 100* weather.

You guys that like 100% gloves might want to buy soon, pretty sure they aren't going to sell gloves at all anymore.  I also love the briskers for cold weather riding.

Leatt moto 1.5s. They last me a while, are very thin (I run hand guards), and grip really well for some reason. A little too well actually and take some getting used to.

I tried on a new pair before a race last weekend and went with my older pair because they felt “sticky” on the grips and I wasn’t trying to FAFO with whiskey throttle during a long race. I’ll break them in on a practice day

Fox bomber LT for years and briskers when cold and they’ve both been fairly ok for durability. Obviously nothing will last like the gloves and gear from way back but everything now is geared towards comfort and stretch vs durability. Great for the gear companies though. Sell twice as much product to all us morans. Interesting to hear briskers may not be available anymore, may have to buy some extras for the shelf.
