Seen this on the book and figured I’d share to see y’alls opinions.
“ 2021 Orlando supercross was a complete replica track from the 2007 Orlando supercross track.
Track was to the same blueprints size jumps, corners, whoops, everything the same. Now below you will see the fastest lap times from each individual rider during the 2021 Orlando 450 main event. And Below that you will see the fastest lap time from each individual rider during the 2007 Orlando 450 main event. Very interesting to me seeing the difference

And here we are trying to compare a SX track, with dirt, and constantly changing track elements. That's a bit hilarious.
You race the track in front of you that day, with the competition lined up with you, and that's that. The rest is just good bench racing beer drinking fodder. RC posted about it on social media because he is the ultimate troll. Anyone who's familiar with Ricky knows he sends uh... very colorful text messages around, all day, everyday, to get a rise out of people. Of course he's going to take the piss out of the current riders about it.
You can see they were hauling and above the field in 07. They were attacking the track and pushing the limits like Tomac or RV on beast mode. So I think if we teleported them they would still be competitive in today's field, although it is difficult to compare, in 07 it was dry and slick, not putting all the power to the ground, while in 21 it was soft and so eating a bit of power. Also, we have not seen a rider changing as much the riding style as JS7 since then.
In all seriousness, if you dumped RC and Stewy in this pack in their prime, they’d be running up front easy.
I firmly believe that Kenny and Webb would have raced tire to tire with RC back then.
Pit Row
Jett and Colt: 50.0
makes you really wonder what would happen taking all the greats within their prime and lining them all up....what would happen.
450 Main Race Times / Laps
'07 - 16:35 - 20 laps
'21 - 21:12 - 25 laps
250 Main Race Times / Laps
'07 - 13:09 - 15 laps
'21 - 16:04 - 19 laps
This was not being done last week.
Plus it looked like a smooth transition after that section to the finish line jump. Last week there was an added hump/kicker/jump before getting on the ramp of the finish line jump.
Post a reply to: Orlando Same Track as 08. JS, RC, CR still faster!
