So we’ve had statements from the people involved. We’ve had responses from past riders like RC, Stew, Brayton etc who’ve studied video. Observations from people that were there in the moment, like ML. All with the same conclusion that Jett was genuinely hurt and not able to compete at his normal level. Then there’s the race footage, available for all, to go back and put under the microscope. Yet many of you are still all in on the conspiracy theory 😂 No wonder society is such a mess.

9/4/2026 3:40am Good question! I know stab proof and bullet proof vests were for a long time only tested for male physiques. So too with crash test dummies in cars. Hopefully such an oversight is rare in 2026.

Serious question... does anyone make an airbag system that are lady friendly? I've had such a hard time finding a decent fitting chest protector.. eventually got the Fox Raceframe. Airbags look even more daunting. I wonder if they are going to enforce this with the women's mxgp class... if so I hope a manufacturer steps up

Also, I wanna say bummer and kinda makes me nervous for his SX endeavors next year. But what I’ve heard from literally everybody that has this injury is that it takes a year minimum to feel somewhat normal. SMX is an exhibition of course he’s going to look at the bigger picture. Though I’m sure there will be a lot of people saying that “no actually this IS the biggest championship” now. Fuck ‘em.

Hunter did that on purpose to give Jett the points lead so he would have more negotiating power with Honda for his next contract to make the family the most amount of money possible. Or whatever the fuck else people think

Sometimes I don’t realize other people are watching/listening and they don’t want to hear us bickering. Definitely will try to be better about it. Being on the broadcast is easily the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Dream job. Never really know if I’m doing things well or not, just do it the best I can. In the end, we all just love dirt bikes and racing.

Say what you want but that was an epic rookie season. To go reverse perfect season your rookie year is rarefied air. Not many greats have done it. Ken roczen couldnt do it he had 5 overalls and 8 moto wins his rookie year in 2014. Tomac couldnt do it, in 2014 he had 1 overall win. Chase sexton couldnt in 2020, he had 1 overall. Jett lawrence obviously couldnt in 2023, he had 11 wins for 22 overalls so he lost every moto of his reverse perfect season. Hunter lawrence couldnt, in 2024 he had 3 moto wins. Not...

8/29/2026 8:31am Why do they combine sessions? It doesn't make sense to me. The track is closer to race conditions in Q2 so just go with that. Use Q1 to decide who gets first pick when starting Q2.

It's insanity. So many times this season the Q2 sessions has been slower than Q1 so we never get to see the heater. Even if you just showed the bikes with no commentary it would be absolutely fine (arguably better tbh lol) If they're going to weight both qualifying sessions equally rather than use Q1 to knockout the bottom X riders, there's absolutely no argument for not televising it
