So what I'm getting out of this is Vital complained about the msrp for a first model year bike...but then Vital complains when 24 models are marked down to a lower price in order to make room for the 25s. What does Vital say they should be priced then? Because neither price point so far has pleased the forum🤣

Exactly 11 years ago(thanks to my Facebook memory today) I was at Zack Station at the same time than Josh Grant while he was filming eith Transworld magazine. It was an epic day for sure and mean over more for me being from eastern canada! I still remember jumping the second big set up and Josh Grand jumping by my side while throwing a big whip and looking at me! Too bad it’s gone! Even the drive from the street was something!

Well I was not the only one. It was the consensus with everyone I talked to it just went flat. Big time compared to the Husky and every other 250 I've ever rode. Anyway that's what we all felt and my opinion.

I have one of these and a 22 crf250 also a 23 kx250 and have ridden back to back with a 24 yz250f… motor is definitely not garbage. I’m 220lbs for reference and also have a 23 450rwe.. I watched a local int kid holeshot all of the recent 250’s in multiple motos on a local level on a 100 yard start straight that was tilled deep.. it makes competitive power. Stock map sorta sucks I agree.. need the akropovic map in there to wake it up. Couple small changes and it’s a great bike. Need the valving stiffened up...

10/27/2024 5:07am lol. Motor is definitely not garbage. Since everyone loves to form opinions based on what they read, check out Keefers opinion (pretty well known and good test rider). He says the Triumph likes to rev. Who knows. If you’re one of those riders that likes to ride off the rev limiter maybe it’s not the bike for you…or shift.

10/25/2024 7:15am Nice response. OP was asking about the Triumph so I thought I'd link this to provide some info, take it or leave it. Sorry it pissed you off...lol. Have you ridden the Triumph? It does have some good bottom end for a 250f. It also handles great. I can see why the testers liked it.

Good grief, it is an international, collaborating economy all companies live in now. I applaud Triumph's efforts and will be first in line to get an off road model. The whole it's a black KTM is as stale as week old bread and about as easy to stomach. Why can't we be happy another great brand is building dirt bikes?
