2025 Triumph TF 450-RC

So will privateers be able to ride the 450 next year in ama pro races ? No factory effort but can be raced in 2025 correct ?

So why are they changing the naming scheme for the 450, anyone know? You would think it would be called the tf 450-x like the 250. Maybe the RC is a race edition like the works edition honda, ktm..etc. If not I think they should change the 250 to tf 250-rc to match the 450 or honestly just make em both  tf 250-r tf 450-r. The x at the end doesnt make a whole lot of sense with them planning to come out with enduro bikes, it would be better suited for those bikes. Maybe this is the first sign of a change coming to the naming scheme?

In all seriousness, I'm excited to see how the bike performs.  More brands is always a good thing, doubly so if they're competitive.  While they were only on the box once this year, I think it's fair to say that they've exceeded the expectations of most with their 2024 performance.

Seems to me they they’re leaning into some features that other brands reserve for the team-replica models.

Looks bitchen! I've put quite a bit of time on the 250 and it works really well. Hopefully the 450 is the same.

They have ownership in KTM and Triumph, which is why they can share technology with the two brands.

KTM owns the Orange, Red, and the White brands only.

Is the placement of the exhaust resonator chamber critical?  Does moving it fwd/aft change power characteristics?  I'm just saying i think it's ugly where it is (maybe the shape).

Looking good! Definitely some KTM influence, but they put the timing chain on the right ride of the motor like the 250. Glad they are using the DDS clutch this time. Wouldn’t be surprised if they switched the 250 over to DDS at some point.

Bring on the Ducati, everyone will want it. 

Don't get me wrong. I think its great we have new dirtbikes from established motorcycle brands. But JFC....its literally a black KTM. You can't unsee it.

be careful saying that around here..... there will be hell to pay for saying Bajaj has ownership in triumph. Even though triumph clearly uses MANY of the same parts and hardware that are found on KTM's. There is a clear connection between the two brands
