Yamaha sure did not make things easy in regards to clamp fitment among models and different years! The two strokes have 2mm larger top clamp diameters than the four strokes. There are three stem lengths: YZ250 (two stroke) = long stem (what you need) Newer four strokes = medium stem (what you have here) YZ125 = short stem All the stems are 5mm different from one-another. I looked at things pretty hard trying to come up with a "universal" stem design, but unfortunately it just wasn't possible. Gotta use the proper stem length for the bike. I don't know about...

Here is my 2018 Husky FC350. I did add a tooth to the rear, but the powerband is still a mile wide and has more torque than a 250F if you don't want to go batshit crazy to the redline. First ride yesterday, I can’t even begin to explain how good this bike feels. I’m coming off a 16 Husqvarna TC250 by the way. The motor is so smooth and free revving that it really does make the whole bike feel light and flickable. This spring? If so, just run without it. It's just to help seal the dust wiper against the lower tube. You'll actually get slightly better performance at the expense of shorter seal life without it.
