10 SMX race win, 4 450 SX wins and 6 450 MX wins. With them working together now I bet we see more of these stats being lumped together. As they should.

Last weekend at the LLQ in Bakersfield Ryder D rolled in Saturday morning, they watered before a B/Vet moto so he took a sight lap during that moto then lined up & won Open Pro Sport on a KX450 with an oversized tank, PC exhaust, stock triple clamps & stock forks (they had no stickers on them, does not mean they were not valved, sprung correctly but not sure). Competition was Beaumer, Reynolds, Jacob Hayes). I believe Hayes got 2nd in moto 2. Not sure what the move is to show up & ride this race but maybe just wanted...

Driven and motivated men are far better for a family than a sit around yes-man who mows on the weekend and watches the game while drinking. Your children will get to see what drive, follow through, and hard...

I lifted weights every single day for about a year and got strong, but still left me tired on the bike. Although I put on muscle and felt strong, I wasn't all that fit because I failed to focus on incorporating high intensity workouts into my routine. On a "good" week i'd work in a couple short rows or maybe do some light jogging on the treadmill after lifting. I started CrossFit back in Nov of '22 and it has been a game changer for me. Typical classes are 1 hour: 10 minutes if dynamic stretching & mobility, ~20 minutes...

As a member of the team expected to win, Chase’s job at MXdN was to finish near the front without taking too many chances on a wet track. Jett on the other hand, was on a team not expected to win, so he had the opportunity to really “show his stuff”. I’m not saying that Jett won’t be faster than Chase this summer, but their respective MXdN rides have little to do with what we’ll see from both riders over the course of this summer.

Well I'm interested to see the answers here since I am a local track announcer, have been for quite a while now. OP may have even raced where I announce... I'll tell you what I try to do and what I think the job of being that local guy is in my opinion. First off....don't yell all the time, have some dynamic control. When racing is good, yeah get excited but if you yell all day people tune it out. Talk about the racing of course but don't just babble on non-stop, and give a rundown of the top 10-15...
