Impressive stat! Crazy that he’d easily be the #1 guy on any other team but the current deal they have going on at the HRC 450 program really does seem like the best place for him. The only person at the moment that could match or beat this record would be Lucas Coenen with his 2nd place and the plan of him racing in the US next year. Everyone else in the 450 class has already been eliminated.

Hunter on pulp once said a lot of that is due to constantly working their asses off together with Honda and doing like a million starts. They weren't the best starters on the 250 for example. But everything paid off. I still have this screen saved. That picture says enough

You could never meet a more friendlier, humble and classy guy than Hunter. He is great for the sport, a great role model for the younger generations.

Him and his brothers are maybe the greatest starters of all time also. It would be interesting to see the start stats from the last couple years for Hunter and Jett. It really seems like they are 1,2 almost every race. And Hunter is pretty much always top 3!

Even if he does, he’s going to have a few million reasons to keep his head held high.

Cool stat. I’ve said it before but Hunter has had a model career so far. So many incredible riders move through the ranks and break themselves repeatedly long before they reach the premier class. This is the correct way to go about it.

I watched Matty b’s video and thought same thing he said about the RC double. I remember sitting in the stands there and seeing RC do that tunnel double was unbelievable, now even 17 year old wmx racers hitting it.

No where close like you said Moto 2 of 250 last weekend. Fasted lap time of guy in 30th place was 2:14 a lap, leader best lap was 7 seconds faster only at 2:07. Girls race today, last places fastest lap time was 40 seconds slower than leaders. 7 seconds a lap is way different than 40 I get it, not much depth. Was just curious if anyone can race that’s a girl. Assume if your 17 your in.

I hear and see this take a lot, but it’s not how I remember it. Sexton’s comfort problems at Honda were mainly SX only. Roczen had the same concerns when there. When the Lawrences got on the bike, they commented that the setup was bad; that’s blame pie on both the riders and team. The KTM did have some mechanical issues, shocks were unreliable enough that Vialle chose to sit out a race for “safety” reasons. That sort of problem is bound to strain personal relationships, and there’s some strong personalities at KTM. So again that’s on both the rider...

I disagree... I think Jo is wasting time on the small displacement bike. He's shown he's better suited to the 450. IMO every season he's not on a 450 at this point is wasted potential. We've seen what he does on the 250. It's barely getting any better each year. Just my opinion...

why does he need to win a 250 title? he actually looks better on the 450....he should move up and forget trying to win a 250 title.
