Supercross this year changed Hunter. I didn’t used to be a big hunter guy, but the way he handled himself in supercross made me a fan. I think hunters speed is the reason we are seeing Jett make so many mistakes. His ankle definitely isn’t helping, but if Hunter hadn’t risen up I don’t think we would be seeing him crash so much.

Giving credit when it is due: They (Fly) killed it IMHO with this gear.

You should know better than anyone that apparel market share data doesn’t really exist in our industry. We all use lightspeed data as if it’s gospel but it’s certainly not. The vital survey is about as close as we can really get to consumer market feedback, and Fly has been on a downward trend the last few years. I'd think most are pretty open to new stuff. One industries in my opinion has been knocking it out of the park. Sometimes a change just won't sit. Personally, I've never liked the new fox head logo compared to old. Some probably like it.

Bland can still look good

He's cutting through the field that fast because he's way faster than most the field So is Prado, but Deegan is still a better passer. You can tell Deegan had mediocre starts his whole 250 career (except for this year in SX) while Prado was mostly holeshotting with how they pass and go around people.

I think that you guys are being a little hard on the guy to be honest. He is consistently beating every other past champion, including the last wonder kid and multi time champ Prado. Jett and Hunter are clearly on another level and Deegan is gonna have to study some tape and figure out how to go 1 or 2 seconds a lap faster. But he is closing the gap, and I hope he gets there to make the racing more interesting.

Social media was the fall of it, for me atleast. The hype coming into xgames with just vocal chatter on what someone was working on, vs. seeing the trick done 30x leading up to the event on instagram. As a fan, flipping is lame. Bring back rock solids, fully extended Superman’s and cliff hangers.

LOL Pastrana was right they needed to start making the tracks something that resembled more of a skatepark and flow so that every trick wasnt just a backip variation.

Huge respect to freestyle athletes for their big balls and skills…if you made $ riding your dirt bike, thats bad ass. I never got into the whole 90”s freestyle vibe but thats just me…whats left to do? How many backflips is too many? Feels like the wheelie boz is the new freestyle👍
