I hear and see this take a lot, but it’s not how I remember it. Sexton’s comfort problems at Honda were mainly SX only. Roczen had the same concerns when there. When the Lawrences got on the bike, they commented that the setup was bad; that’s blame pie on both the riders and team. The KTM did have some mechanical issues, shocks were unreliable enough that Vialle chose to sit out a race for “safety” reasons. Bummer. Races are more fun when he's there and at his best. Most of his time off over the last few years has been for head injuries so maybe this time off without the stress of that will do him some good. The comment about the comeback story being personal seems telling to me. Bet he's at the point where fit and freedom are going to be the priority and not the $$$. He just watched an old friend of his win the SX title by going that route. Doubt we see chase on a true factory team ever again.

Peak Sacha Coenen today. Blazing fast in practice, blazing fast first moto with several crashes and coming back until the end. Holeshot moto 2, lead the way, get sketchy a few times, win the moto in dominating fashion. Just amazing to see these two brothers going for it and live their dream

Crying on the podium, you can tell how much that meant to him. Leaving there healthy and showing everyone what they're capable of, almost doesn't get better than this. I frikkin love this sport.

Lol this thread is hilarious. On a more serious note I feel like Triumph is ready for a top tier rider. By all accounts the bike is very good and they have a few years experience under their belt. Theyve gotten a win with jordon smith so theyve also shown they can be at the top step. I think with ducati, beta, and ktm’s problems causing them to remove gasgas then husky theyve gotten shuffled back a bit in the consciousness of consumers, so signing a big rider would move them back to the forefront. Great pics, race and season! That was amazing and so happy for Kenny, that would have stung when he retires, if he never got that Championship. His lifelong goal is complete.

Great job ML, Kenny is going to love them. What a way to go out if this happens to be the last Supercross you get to shoot, you got the opportunity to shoot the most memorable championship in history.
