That’s awesome, almost the exact same pic! Mark was a great rider, didn’t see him on the NESC scene after those years, do you know if he continued racing much longer from then?

For local NESC races, the frog pond loop was open only for the expert class, and was roped off for the Novice and Amateur classes, since the uphill was pretty steep and a lot of riders didn’t make it up.

I hated Southwick backwards, something about was terrible, lack of flow maybe. the left handed first turn was terrible, too narrow.

Yep you can even still see it on google earth theres a gap in the trees where it still exists, just a little overgrown. (I made the blue lines extra wide so the track can be seen vs covering it with the lines).

Not sure what is more surprising, the fact that there are still new threads being created covering the same thing, or that some people are genuinely confused about what happened. There was collusion, but no confusion about what the plan was.

Figured if a thread was started the least that could be done is include the video? Didn’t think that was asking too much. Sucks that Deegan found a new low. I thought it was cool that Jorge congratulated him after moto 2 and that maybe we were starting to see some sportsmanship. Guess not.
