I would definitely go on KYB's site and just buy theirs. Nothing matches KYB performance. But that's my experience and opinion.

I had cone valves set up by Powerband, then Factory Connection and finally Enzo which worked better than the others. I bought them used. I had a set of Ohlins Hybrid forks by Coppersmith’s which were very good. The last bike I bought already had a set of KYB insert forks from Technical Touch/Enzo. I had Craig at Enzo do them for me and they are my new yardstick in forks. Ranked I would say KYB, Ohlins Hybrid and then Cones.

this reminds me of the "SSS" KYB front fork system name, for Speed Sensitive System". ALL damping systems are speed sensitive.

I met him at Glen Helen 22 years ago ,was parked next to him ,the rider I was travelling with was someone he knew well..I asked him a few questions about how they run things at tracks like glen helen..with so many bikes on the track and no flaggers, asked him about what happened with all the tracks closing because of lawsuits...etc...he wasnt really interested in talking to me, which didnt bother me...I was quite surprised by just how slow he was on the bike though..

As far as I know, the answer to that is NO. They do not produce any stuff for KYB. I remember when YAMAHA had bought into OHLINS many years ago, a lot of OHLINS engineers possibly did work at SOKI, because their design personality seemed to seep into SOKI components. I am not even sure about SOKI's current status. Possibly...
