Amateur Motocross racing in Southern California has been on a high for the past few years thanks to the Transworld Motocross Race Series. I have heard KTMs factory bikes are the best.. but After trying lots of new standard MX bikes, I dont think the KTMs are better than the Japanese bikes. I still prefer the japanese bikes.

As a matter of fact, yes I have, three times and it wouldn’t stop me from racing if that was my job. I’ve been riding with it on my hand before, but I’m not a pussy.

12/4/2018 5:16am They are different: The eye to eye length is the same, and will fit, but the 2017 has a shorter body and longer shaft than the 2019, which has a longer body and shorter shaft. The 2019 has less shaft travel so the collapsed length of the 2017 shock is SHORTER and the tire will hit the fender.
