You have no clue what you are talking about. Have you ever sat on the other side of the interview table (panel side)? Have you ever seen your results get submitted to HR then find out who is walking thru the door as the new hire? Pretty sad to watch the most qualified get turned away.

If they had the skills and talent, they wouldn’t need DEI. DEI people play the victim card, masking their own discriminatory perspectives.

So hiring somebody because of their last name is wrong and immoral, but hiring someone based on the color of their skin is righteous and moral? How about we just hired the best fucking people for the job and stop with the nonsense, both DEI and nepotism are two sides of the same coin and neither of them produce the most desirable end result, which is the most qualified and effective person getting the job.

Bud comes off as a bitter old man that is hung up on DMG winning the bid for amapro in 2009 and leasing the rights to the Coombs. I think he was giving him a hard time because this is blatantly spam. Dude has no history on the forum and is only here to promote some App while trying to act like he isn't part of it and just a fan of it. If dude would just be honest and say "Hey check out my app" he might not get the dick comments that a spammer deserves.
