Unless things have changed since I hosted a regional at one of my tracks about 20 years ago, parking fees, practice fees, vehicle fess, and admission are all set by the promoter, not MX sports. MX sports made their money off area and regional qualifier fees that are collected at the area events and sent in for the regionals before the event. That’s another path to prosecution. Fauci has testified in congress in 2021 and 2024. He denied that NIH funded gain of function research. That’s proven false by all accounts, including his own emails. So if the pardon is durable, then he is safe from prosecution. But if he appears again and still denies that NIH funded gain of function research, then he’s committed perjury and cannot hide behind the pardon. We’ll see what happens.
