I’ve got no idea of what went down or who did what & I’ve got “no dog in this fight”. Mirtl did soak up a little too much lime-light; but, I’ll be damned if our Moto-media didn’t love shining it on him. When it comes to agents or agency…the actual act of giving a racer some agency and providing him with really good representation…? It seems to me that Mirtl certainly did that…and did it “in spades”, too. Here’s what I’m seeing & hearing: someone shit the bed and it’s a HUGE shit at that…at-least that’s what we’re being told...

If you watch the broadcast, you can see the barriers being pushed farther into the track. Rather than straight , they had a bow into the track. Having flagged many west coast SX races as a barrier puller, the mechanics constantly leaned into barriers and ended up pushing them onto the track. The mechanics did not want to be told to move back and pull barriers away but that is what you are expected to do.

I totally disagree. That is zero percent Jo’s fault and 100% the mechanics’s fault. That is part of the track. The rider has every right to be there. Regardless of whether is was totally unintentional or not….a mechanic fucked up the championship run of another team’s rider. With all of the work, money, and effort that go into trying to win a championship…..this was really unfortunate. Jo has never been in as good of a position for a championship run.

Man there’s so many idiotic comments on here and on social. Kid is sick and knows he’d be in a major hole and have a season wasted in a short 250 series. I’m sure he’s not stoked on the situation and as far as dodging Deegan gtfo with that.

Some updates that had been done this year. Had to rebuild the gearbox, new gears, selector, forks, new exhaust valves, plenty of work done during the year. 1) A new 3d Printed front brake line bracket 2) The old "side" exhaust valves with actuator - New OEM installed 3) & 4) After recieving the barrel from nikasil I truly did pay to weld the exhaust hole, but recieved a barrel where they hadn't touch the exhaust hole. So MikkTursk did some magic and calculations and the hoke has now a custom made stainless steel barrel to keep the exhaust gasses...

I did another session this morning. I just need to build the brakes, the rear wheel, put the chain...

What about the fact that Deegan was on a SX facility with pro riders all his life while Jett started riding SX for the first time in 2019? Also the whole Deegan vs Jett comparison on the 250 is so overrated because Jett is a whole different rider once he got on the 450. Jett went from winning 45% of the motos on a 250 to 100% of the motos on the 450 in his first year. Jett was coming from behind every moto on a 250 and suddenly became the best starter on a 450. Let's just wait until...

The thing i find funny is how the Deeganits were screaming that he couldn't go to the MXDN because if he pushed the surgery back 2 weeks he would never be ready for A1. And yet he we are 8 weeks away from A1 and the Deeganits are mad because they claim the Lawrence's are scared to have him in Australia this weekend. 🤣
