Love my Garmin Fenix 7. Does everything I need it to do ... and more.

I have a Garmin Fenix 5. I’ve been using it for several years now in conjunction with the MX Buddy app. No monthly subscription BS. Works great.

Here for my obligatory "stay away from Polar" post. Brand sucks. Go garmin, you wont regret it.

I was recently in the market for the same thing. From what I learned, the best option for accuracy in charting lap times and or lap maps is a watch with dual band GPS. In my search it ended up being between Garmin and Polar Brand. Based on my preferences/needs/wants I ended with the Garmin Forerunner 965, but I believe the Forerunner 265 also has dual band GPS (cost is less). Disclaimer, having never owner a watch like this prior, I cannot guarantee that the dual band GPS is actually better. So you might find an even cheaper option that...

Why do so many Bitch about more racing. It not as good as AMA supercross but still entertaining when I am bored in the offseason. So i say its a win.

If I wasn’t going to TN for a hockey game I’d be flying out here again for the race. Vancouver is a awesome city! I flew there in Janurary from OH for a concert and spent a day just walking around downtown checking things out. The train is a great way to get from place to place and there is a ton of good food available

If I trained 24/7 for 5 years, I might be a better skilled novice rider! 🤣 Everyone thinks they could be the next “one” until they hit the deck. Then you realize a back up plan might be the better path. One reason motorcross/Supercross fans are so diehard is because most know the risk and talent level. So many people buy their first bike and plan to be an expert in no time. The throttle will quickly remind most, “it ain’t happenin”.

I don't get this take at all. More moto jobs is great for the industry and a successful WSX can only improve the AMA series. If a gate is dropping, I'm calling it racing.
