The only reason I question the authenticity of this is it would absolutely be something this administration would tout as a major win on the war against domestic terrorism, and a vote of confidence for the push to implement more wide-spread usage. They couldn't stop blowing up drug boats in international waters to show those drug dealers who's the boss, so why would they bury such a dramatic "win" against potential terrorism?

I think this is one of those rare moments in history where something is so obvious all of Vital actually agrees. No more grates.
