I went to the last two in Kamloops and they can totally handle the capacity! Nanaimo is the one I went to growing up and they can handle the capacity aswell. I thought this year they were supposed to add a bunch of rounds

With rumors that the new kx 2 smoker will be a “race bike” somewhere from the 125 to 150 or 250 to 300 range I think this should be the time the ama finally gets with the program and allows 250 2 strokes in the 250 class. Its beyond time. For a while there hasnt been a lot of push since most manufacturers werent making 2 strokes anymore, but now that kawi has joined the fray this should be revisited. It's going to be a 319. There are carb and EFI versions but a final decision on that is still pending. There will be a MX and X-country version. There will be a button. The XC version will not have lights but a plug in light kit will be available.

Kawasaki's only 1979 KDX model was the KDX400: a twin shock, 260lb, $1800 bike. Correct me if I'm wrong but the 1st KDX175 was an 1980 model. I traded in my '79 XR500 pig for a new one. Here I am in 1980 at the Michigan Jackpine Enduro on the 175. It was a great little bike.

1/30/2025 10:31am To be honest, the competition is much stronger, overall, today than it was during the Chad, Ricky, James era. That being said, the Dungey era was also pretty weak in comparison and Eli left a couple of championships on the table.

It was a fun race. Cheap beer as others mentioned (especially with the exchange rate) and it was a different schedule which was fast-paced. Eli wheelie-ing the whoops was incredible to see. He's looking good

People can bitch about the broadcast and all that, but I'm happy there's just racing to watch at this time of the year. I liked the track was big, not real technical but the dirt breaking down made it a technical track and had separation. Also Eli looked great out there, his starts were on point and we all know how fast Kenny is at these type of races with his sprint speed. And Eli worked him, and these are the track conditions he struggled in sx this year. So I'm excited to see him keep progressing in to next...
