Update on the case saver I was curious and started following were the sensor cable was routed, turn out it is not part of any harness or anything. It plug just above the battery box behind the engine mount. It is the perfect length for it to be re-routed around the ignition cover just like on the HRC bikes. I'll buy one of those cable holder like they have. Not as clean on the front of the engine, but that way you can remove the plastic sprocket cover and run the aluminum plate.

Been looking for one too This is how HRC does it in the US, shorter bolt and only the aluminium plate. They do have a custom wiring harness and re-route the sensor cable. I don't think it's a good idea to do the same on our bike. 📸credit : ML512/Octopi Media/Vital MX Pit Bits

15 race hours so far this year, haven't added any coolant, or lost oil. Do leak some coolant tho out the weep hole, but obviously not much. Check out page 2-48 in your competition handbook. Heres some of what the book says... If water leaks through the bleed hole, replace the mechanical seal. If oil leaks through the bleed hole...

Ive been racing a piranha 125 the past 2 years, only problems i have had is the trans. Maybe the 140 or 190 would have been better idk. But ive had to tear the engine down 3 times now. Also had a stator go out during a race one time.

I would call factory connection, they have really specific instructions. It is basically at the rear edge of the seat, and you want it as vertical as possible. I use the MoTool. It's great. With the stock linkage, I was at 2mm fork height, 110 sag. I went one rate stiffer on the shock and fork springs. You can always throw a hammer and punch driver on the side of the track and just go half turns in either direction, until you feel the balance is correct, and then take the measurement.

Can you check sag with a sag tool in the axle? Or do you have to only measure from the little spot made on swingarm?

I’ve had the works connection braces from the get go. Rads are still straight with the bike spending plenty of time on its side.
