4/24/2017 9:22pm Considering the lites times are pretty close to the 450 riders, I have a hard time believing Reed, RC, and JS of 05 on their smokers would get beat by a Davalos, Hill or Smith. Go watch some of those races if you want to see corner speed.

3/17/2017 8:12am On my 17 tc250 the reeds are the same as the last couple of years. The block itself is different, but the reeds fit. I sanded the block down, threw some carbon boyesen reeds on there and the bike runs awesome now. It was a shit show before that trying to get the jetting dialed.

3/7/2017 7:03pm I run 149 psi in my TC250 and slowed the rebound way down, they work great. My brother has the ktm 350 and runs 165 psi in his. Hated them for the same reasons you did until he went way up on the psi. Not sure how different the valving is on the ktm.

12/23/2016 9:59am The reeds fit, not the block but the reeds are the same. Mine were warped from the factory so that's how I figured that out. Piston is the same and so are head gaskets.

12/21/2016 7:16am What metering rod are you running in yours? I've had the original one and then the 4-2. I thought I had it dialed with the 4-2 but then it started pinging the next time I rode it. Went a bit richer but then it developed a slight bog.

12/13/2016 11:53am That's the info I needed, thanks guys. I'm getting the cylinder ported right now so I just wanted to make sure I had the stock gasket thickness so I could compare the before and after using the same gaskets.

12/1/2016 2:51pm Block was warped and reeds weren't flat. It was a double whammy. There were gaps along the sides as well.

The gaps were worse than they look on these pics. Good news is that you can sand the blocks down and the reeds from last years bike back to 13 will...

11/27/2016 7:46pm Mine had the same problem. I put on a lectron carb and it seemed to exaggerate the issues even more. New reeds should be here Tuesday, then I will try the lectron again.

The tc is a great bike. Suspension is awesome and it handles great. Strong motor too.

11/24/2016 2:19pm What did you do about your reeds? Just put the lectron on and when I took out the reed block there was a slight gap in a few of the reeds.
