Calm down. And I'm not talking about the hair only. The combo with the mustache and whole look. And it's a joke. Every time I check out the boards here I'm reminded how angry and bitter everyone here is. Anyone cool left, or got banned.

My buddy built a 202 lb 2007 CRF450R. It’s no-shit 202 pounds straight up. We weighed it, otherwise I wouldn’t have believed it. You can go all around it with a magnet and there’s very little steel there. He started with the big stuff like Ti hardware (including a bunch of parts he fabricated himself), trimmed the plastic, carbon tank and one of those airbox /subframe combos that twinair had made back in the day. The wheelset utilizes fat bicycle tubes and lightweight starcross 5 sand tires mounted to relieved rims, titanium spokes and turned-down hubs. He replaced the spring...

Big picture: It is pretty impressive that our machinery and sport has evolved from literally unbolting the lights from a streetbike to needing to spend half the value of a stock motorcycle on NASA materials just to lose 2 lbs.

And yet, there are mx racers all throughout CA. that think things are just so bitchen. Tasty waves man. It keeps me up at night thinking about them coming to Texas..in droves. Don't think so? I'm not posting this to slam the JGR or the Gibbs family, but when they came on the scene they were so incredibly hyped, and expectations were so high...all the talk on Vital and abroad was how deep their pockets were, and how the NASCAR machine shop and group of design engineers could "make anything they wanted" so that the one-off factory parts that were unobtainable to the average teams were within the reach of JGR, and the ones that weren't, they could build themselves! It was looking to be a better-than-factory team! But now, it seems that JGR has...

Just left the hospital he’s in, definitely doing a lot better this morning but still needs a surgery for the arm. Rest of it will heal on its own. We got two guys in the main this week so a definite high, followed by a huge low seeing them both down in the whoops. Chris is tougher than nails, seeing him not get up for that long had us all so worried. I’m just glad it wasn’t as bad as we initially thought.
