It was exciting for sure! All the heavy hitters took a hit in points last night , except for Webb. This is going to be an interesting year. Malcolm's win last night was definitely the highlight! That place erupted when he went by Chase. I'm just glad Chase didn't get hurt.

We snuck into the pits after the race and got to wait at the Rockstar truck until Malcolm got back with Big James, JS7 and the rest of the crew waiting for him there. We were right in front of the whoops where chase crashed, and the energy leading up to that and after were absolutely incredible. Watching the crowd follow Mookie around the stadium and being part of it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. So cool to personally watch him go from being the goofy little brother at Dade City to a winner at the pinnacle of the sport.
Yep. I think he was wondering why Chase wasn’t motoring away. It’s like it dawned on him that he was going faster than Chase, and then he decided to go for the pass.

Very happy for Malcolm to get that win, hopefully with more in the future. Does anyone know how many 450 mains he competed in before winning one, just curious, no drama or hate intended.

Stoked that Malcolm got that win. I was going to be so pissed at the moto gods if he got collected in Chase’s crash.
I can’t say that I was tearing up, but I did find myself holding my breath just a little bit. I feel like Malcolm has had a couple of nights that he was going as fast as anyone, only to get snake bit on a tiny little piece of the track. I was really hoping that wasn’t going to happen again, and thankfully it didn’t!!!!!
I hope that this increases his confidence and he starts challenging for more wins. He’s one of my favorite racers to watch most of the time, and it always seemed like he didn’t feel like he could run with the leaders for a full race. Now that he’s proven that he can, it’d be awesome to see him make a habit out of it!
After Kenny crashed out, for sure. Mookie just kept clicking off laps that cut into Sexton's lead until Chase started hearing footsteps and lost it. Best ride ever for Mookie. WTG Rockstar Husky.
