My 25 350sxf is the best stock bike I have ever owned and can definitely be kept 100% stock and still be a great bike. I just like buying cool stuff ha ha

Hi, no I got mine from a company in Australia with a dual injector kit. It has the original maps that come with the vortex when you buy it direct from vortex but they have put a few of there maps in to work with the dual injector kit. I was having a bit of trouble with the injector kit...

I sold mine, not because it was a bad bike but because I realised I definitely like 350's better. I will say it was a hard bike to sell and i took alot bigger loss than I normally do with other brands.

Same here. The Twisted Vortex might not be a much larger amount of bottom power, but it is much cleaner mapping making 3rd more useable in tight ruts. Less herky jerky and definitely less prone to flame out (zero flame out actually). So it's smoother and you don't have to worry as much about covering the clutch or stalling the bike. A 53 sprocket will definitely make 3rd peppier in corners.

The torque map was what I used and it definitely made the most difference off the bottom, maybe didn't rev out as far as stock but still plenty good. I just have the maps that come from vortex as mine was setup for a dual injector kit but having trouble with that so just running the torque map.

Just put a vortex on my 25 350 and while it did make a nice difference i wouldn't say it was night and day better. Where I noticed it most was it was alot less jerky on small throttle openings making slow corners a bit better. Maybe felt like it had a little more torque off the bottom but again...

What I find interesting is it looks like from the pictures all the ktm guys are running the stock tapered outer tubes not the more rigid straight wall xact pro ones. This could also mean absolutely nothing and they could be a completely different thickness and nothing like the stock ones at all.

Not sure on the oils pump gears sorry, mine are all stock and been fine. Any levers that fit a ktm should fit the triumph. How much do you weigh? I'm 95kg and run 5.2nm springs, B grade motocross.

Being 50 lbs lighter might also get rid of that lag I felt too lol. Some bikes just run better than others even though they are supposed to be the same. I might have got a great 19 or a weak 22 model. I might have to give it another shot.

That is very strange as my 19 and 22 felt identical. I wouldn't give up on the 350 idea yet, my 23 and 25 350sxf have probably been the best bikes I've ever owned. And I had them at the same time as a 23 yz450, 24 kx450 and 25 tf450rc.

I'm interested why you liked the 19 350 but not the 22 as they were basically the same bike?

I loved the Stark when I rode one, but I'd much rather Yamaha uncover a YZ350F.
