Richy Liked a reply to forum topic Deegan is such an immature child

Man, I like watching Deegan use the natural talent he has, and the work he's put in, to absolutely ride the shit out of a bike, he is amazing to watch when he's actually concentrating on going fast... Anyone who has raced or competed honestly and with integrity, on any level at all from low to pro, knows how utterly pathetic this was though 🤦 Seeing someone put so much effort into repeatedly going so far out of your way to let someone go by time and again so you can try and smash them, is the lamest shit I've...

That kid is definitely far from smart. What an !diot. When was race officials going to black flag him before he hurt Shimoda or anyone else? Is that the image of the sport they wanted to show? an angry immature child not wanting to race but trying to take his opponent down in the most snowflake way? What. poor display of sportsmanship and a poor image for the sport. Karma's a b!tch. So stupid, so infantile. and the idiot took himself out of the MXDN team with that?!

My son bought a stark last year. We took it to the track one time. Amazing bike. However we Killed it in less than 40 mins total ride time. He traded it in on a Yamaha 450 the next week. Once they get the battery life on those things better that will be the way to go.

I see alot of people say this and I just can't understand it. I had a 19 and 22 350 and loved them, was worried about everything I'd heard about the 23's but got one anyway and loved it even more than my previous ones. Felt like the 23 was better than the 22 in every way, only thing better...

This definitely could have alot to do with it, just about all the tracks I ride are 3rd and 4th gear tracks. I will say the CUO unit made more of a difference with engine braking than it did with the power feeling of the bike. The 350 does have more of a lurchy on off feeling in 2nd gear...

I just picked up a 25 350sxf and it runs very clean, no flame outs and engine breaking is fairly minimal. Is it possible there is a problem elsewhere? I also had the connectivity unit on my 23 350sxf and feel like it does very little, I won't be worrying about it on the 25 that's for sure.

One problem is our social dynamic today, because you can't say anything negative about something or else you're just a hater of the thing. I think Alta was rad. I think Stark is rad. I flew electric airplanes for a decade and was soldering etec 1200 lipo's before some folks on here were born. I literally have five hundred kwh of lithium batteries in crates for fun projects. I'm not a hater of e-things, quite the opposite, I love them. My issue is that I want these companies to succeed and I'm seeing the same patterns which result in failure...

I rode a Stark for the first time a week ago. I’m very impressed with the bike but it’s a hard sell for me bouncing between it and my ICE bikes. Since it’s not capable of being your only bike between range and racing rules, I feel like using it as a fun practice tool during the week might not translate to better racing on your 450 on the weekends. I still like it and will probably own a used one but it’s an expensive toy for me right now.

The energy density of batteries probably needs to at least double.

I'd say it's mostly battery life for me, but also I'm actually starting to find it a little boring to ride. Don't get me wrong it is a blast to ride in a certain way but I'm finding riding it not very satisfying anymore. I always like to have multiple bikes but like to pick one bike to ride for...

The fad has well and truly worn off for me now. 35hrs on mine and I have no interest in riding it anymore. Thought I'd keep it as a fun play bike but I'd rather another 350. Anyone in Western Australia after a well looked after 2nd hand one let me know.

I'm not saying there are not issues with the bike, but people will always come to the internet to post negative or bad stories. It's very rare people post good stuff, they are too busy enjoying what they have. And i do find it hard to believe that triumph, if pushed by dealers would tell there customer to piss off...

I really wouldn't let that put you off getting the triumph. I'm not saying they don't have any issues but the internet is not the greatest place to get the true story sometimes. I'm 20hrs on mine now and I'm sure there's plenty more out there that are running just fine, you just don't hear about the good the ones...

Yeah my previous 450 was a 24 kx450 and i really liked it, very smooth easy to ride 450. But i actually got bored with it, the power just didn't have any excitement to it. The triumph is similar to the kx right off the bottom, very smooth and easy to control but builds alot quicker and stronger into the...

Great insight and worth the post. 17.2 hours on mine, 13/50 gearing and 116L chain (stock is 114L and 13/48). Also prefer the 'Sand - Wet' map, with 'Expert' and 'RC Signature' (standard second map, blue light on) being quality options to try as well. Relatively stock on the suspension side (just clickers: C15/R14; HS 7/8, LS14, R11), even at 185lbs and SoCal 30A speed. 2.5mm fork height. 100-102mm sag. 26mm free sag tells me I need to bump up the spring rate, but this is a long-term test bike so that's not in the cards at the moment. LOVE...

Now I'm used to the bike i would say alot more nimble than the Kawi and still slightly more nimble than the Yamaha. I've been a long time lover of 350's and always had one in the shed. I've always lent towards preferring the 350 over 450's because for me I prefer handling over power. I recently sold my 23...

I'm up to 16hrs on my TF450 and really loving the bike now. It's definitely not perfect but after some small changes I am gelling...
