10/13/2025 4:05pm If I wasn't in Oz I'd definitely be interested. Are you selling because you didn't like it or just no longer have the bike?

10/13/2025 4:03pm I know this is a Luxon thread but I second the REP link. I installed it after damn near giving up on the +23 chassis. The best bang for my buck on my '23 KTM 450, hands down.

10/13/2025 4:03pm I realize you are asking about the Luxon but just put an REP on my 25 Husky. Very happy with it as it keeps the rear from any unwanted sudden kicking to the side when hitting a single square edge at speed. That was my person issue.

10/13/2025 4:02pm I installed the Luxon knuckle on my 2024 350sx-f and it definitely smoothed out the harshness of acceleration chop. That was my biggest complaint with the 2024 chassis - when I would ride my 2024 kx450 back-to-back with the 350, the KX was much more comfortable on hard edged acceleration chop. The Luxon knuckle significantly improved that area on the 350sx-f. I had to adjust clickers slightly (backed out LSC and HSC to compensate for some kicking going into corners), but otherwise I did not have to change the rear spring rate. I also have a 2024.5 Husqvarna FC450 Rockstar...

10/13/2025 6:27am Wondering if anyone has used the Luxon linkage knuckle on a 23+ sxf, preferably a 25 and what they thought? I have a 25 350sxf and I'm reasonably happy with rear end but would like a little better bottoming resistance on the big hits. I could definitely get a revalve but the luxon knuckle sounds like it could achieve what...

10/11/2025 9:05pm The only way lowering hp helps with battery life is if you lower it to a point you are actually going slower than your ability is capable of, if that makes sense. Say if you ride at 55hp and you are going as fast as your ability allows, going to 60hp won't use anymore battery, you will just use less...

10/11/2025 5:25am I owned mine for about 12 months and reliability for mine was great, no issues at all. 2 of my friends have starks and have had a few small issues which stark warranty fixed promptly. So I wouldn't be too concerned on the reliability side. Battery life is where it could be the best bike ever or a waste of...

10/8/2025 6:20am I think a lot of what determines someone's satisfaction with a modification is their expectations. It sounds like you have the right mindset and I hope you will be satisfied. To be fair, I should also mention I have another riding buddy who did the XPR 2nd injector on this 350 and he loves it...go figure, lol.

10/8/2025 5:24am Can’t speak to the dual injector on the 350 but we did install the complete XPR setup in my sons 250f a few months ago and it was well worth it. Easy installation (air boot swap being the worst part and even that wasn’t bad) and as said above just get yourself a crimp tool. The detailed instructions are very good. They do recommend a gearing change and race fuel for maximum performance so take that into account as well. That being said we’ve noticed no difference or loss in running Sunoco 91 ethanol free. I would think if your...

10/7/2025 4:17pm I did the dual injector on my 2025 350 and love it. The bike is just better all around and just seems even easier to ride. I had the CUO prior and its night and day difference. Really cleans up the decel pop on the bike as well. Super easy installation took maybe 30 minutes of me just goofing off and making sure it was installed correctly.

10/7/2025 4:16pm Just for some additional feedback and consideration, my buddy just installed the XPR dual injector kit on his 2025 KTM 350 and was not overly impressed. He liked it and thought it was slightly more powerful, but was pretty adamant that it wasn't worth the cost. For context, he rode my 2024 KTM 350 with a CUO unit (most aggressive map, engine braking turned all the way down, and throttle response 3 out of 5) and a 2024 Husky 350 with just a Vortex on the same day, back-to-back-to-back. In my opinion, that is the best way to really determine...

10/7/2025 4:15pm Appreciate the feedback. I really hope I have a better experience with it and am more impressed. I'm not expecting it to be a completely different bike but really hope I'm not disappointed. I've had just a vortex on my 22 350 and the CUO on my 23 and bang for buck would definitely pick the CUO over the vortex.

10/7/2025 4:08pm Thanks for the feedback, I really hope I like it as much as you. It's not like a dislike the engine as is, just at 100kg and riding mainly sand tracks I'm always just wanting that little bit more.

10/7/2025 7:04am Has anyone tried a vortex and dual injector kit on a 23+ 350? I'm about to bite the bullet and try one. I've had a vortex mapped by xpr on my 22 350sxf and wasn't overly impressed. Hoping the dual injector kit is a very noticeable improvement.

9/27/2025 7:31am I think this is why I love 350's so much more than 450's. Most tracks I ride are on the faster side and the 350 wide open in 3rd and 4th just feels so much safer and easier than a 450.
