Holy Christ can we just stop with the Covid (and especially vaccine) back and fourth. There are plenty of other sites to debate that on if you want to, how the hell every topic now seems to end up there is beyond me and detracts from the reason we are all here which is to bench race and discuss moto. I don't care what your stance is on any of it regardless of experience or opinion, just keep it out of the sacred sport we all love. Now back on to topic, Jett is looking super hungry as is Ferrandis...

There's a reason why he is wanting you to trade and you're second guessing yourself if you're on the losing end of the deal.

You guys ask for major model updates and not just BNG you have to understand that service parts produced by specialized production tooling (like shrouds) are going to be significantly more expensive than the predecessor parts that have been running on the same tooling for the last 15 years.
And let me guess there will be a round at Spoaks MX where, despite the promoter not having insurance for the event, drunk spectators will be lining the track and cheering on 12 year olds racing Beta 450's

That’s unfortunate you feel that way. It’s not just Deere though. Tesla, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, T-Mobile, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, GE, Philips, eBay, Caterpillar, CNH Industrial, Claas are some of the other major companies that want right to repair legislation passed carefully rather than blown wide open by government. And I can guarantee all of the Motorsport manufacturers will...

If you are primarily looking for something to work the land with, don't rule out the John Deere XUV line. The 835 or 865 models might be exactly what you are looking for and they can be ordered with a powered dump bed and all sorts of other farm-friendly attachments. Reliability on these should be really good as Deere typically...

I have a theory as to why chains are breaking more frequently, but I am still trying to gather all the facts before I post my theory. Can you guys help? I am trying to document all of the recent chain failures (not derailments) Anderson FXR Honda - 2x Star Yamaha Am I missing any from this year?
I DID NOT say bike development is moving at "glacial speed." What I said should have been interpreted as bike development in today's era looks much different than what happened in the "works" era. Past examples where true "works" development paved the way: 2 stroke engine performance Air cooled to liquid cooled Drum to disc brakes Points ignition to CDI...
I don't see the point in eliminating the homologation rule. At its core, MX/SX is production-based racing. The manufacturers that want to be in the market are already at the table. I'm confused by your stance on this. You point out eliminating the homologation rule would bring more manufacturers to Pro racing, but I don't think that would happen. Small...
The whole project was more or less Ryan Holliday's idea. He's the Kawasaki Team Green manager and before that worked at the AMA and before that MX Sports and Racer Productions (and he's a fellow WVU graduate). It's for top A and B riders to give them an idea of what a Pro Motocross race is like, and hopefully teach a few good habits. https://racerxonline.com/2021/07/31/amateur-scouting-combine-debuts-at-… And while it won't all be on TV they will highlight it, and we will do some videos on it as well. Dafuq are you talking about dude? The only thing I can think of.....if you are 15 years old during the time of LL qualifiers, but will then turn 16 by the time LL starts, are you eligible to ride a 450?

The only way it happens is if Kenny basically wins out and Ferrandis has several very bad motos (DNF or out of points position) I don't see that happening though. Ferrandis is going to continue to push for wins and podiums.
No, I think it's highly unlikely we will ever see another perfect season. RC4 swept in a period where he simply out-trained everyone. He was fast, gritty, and determined, but by large RC laid the "recipe" for the amount of training and work that has to be put in to be a race winner. There were not a lot of...

Total earnings through round 8 I can't believe how little some of these guys are making. Obviously this doesn't consider contract and sponsorship money deals, but there are some major names on the list not making jack sh$t between contingency and Pro purse.

If you want to get technical about this, it would be illegal according to the AMA rule book because data is not permitted to be streamed from the bike during a race. Data can only be captured and stored for post-race retrieval. For the broadcast crew to receive this kind of data, they would need data connectivity to the bike/rider...
