The NFL came up with a fairly good policy in my opinion. If you are vaccinated and test positive you have 2 days until you can test again up until 24 hours of the game. Not sure if Brayton was vaccinated but if he did and shows no symptoms he could have been cleared on Friday. I could care less if you choose to get a shot or not but if my career depends on it I'm getting what is basically a flu shot. I honestly can't believe we are in our 2nd year of this crap and still fighting...

In the Uk Everyone with a compromised immune system was vaccinated first as they were deemed highest priority. Guess what the big knock on effect was ? No more lockdowns & restrictions. Hospitalisations went massively down. A true medical reason to not vaccinate someone is incredibly rare, they have multiple vax options now so to have a medical reason to avoid all of them is practically non existent.

Exactly. No vaccine makes you simply immune to "infection". Vaccines, when they work as intended, just train your own immune system so that as soon as a viral particle is detected, your own immune system kicks the virus' ass. Why you get really sick if not vaccinated, is your immune system is "untrained". Initially it does not know what to do to battle viral particles. Being un-vaccinated (and not having been previously infected) is liking training your army to fight a new type of war....at the same time you are being invaded. It may be too late. So if non...

The people that are worried about a .00001 chance of a vaccine side effect also think they're going to win the lottery with the same odds.

Y’all will drive 4 hours to Budds Creek with a heat index of 110, but won’t get a little shot or wear a mask to go to a supercross. I’ll do both, less people blocking my view.

Genuinely curious. Name one North American athlete that has had a heart attack, dropped dead or fainted from the vax? I can’t think of one.

Supreme Court ruled the federal government can’t force employers to mandate the vaccine. So employers are welcome to still do it on their own.

it's amazing that teams are allowing title contenders to take that risk. This is not a sport full of high IQ participants.

I bet everyone in Braytons camp has to test now regardless of vaccination status. Some of you are so naive to the healthcare world and just see red whenever C or V word pops up. I don’t agree with most of the decisions, but I’m not going to ruin my life throwing a hissy fit over it.

Are you really mad because of the choices you made having consequences? The lack of accountability in the middle of a pandemic is just dumb.

Elliot Park is a bad part of town? The stadium is surrounded by breweries and high end restaurants. I’m vaccinated and enjoy spending time in downtown Minneapolis, somehow neither of those things have killed me, so I’ll still be going.

Starbucks has been supporting troops since before it was cool, they were shipping coffee by the pallet over to Iraq and Afghanistan since 2000, the troops had more Starbucks coffee than they knew what to do with they have also been hiring veterans and had veteran hiring and retainment plans since the early 2000s they did all of this quietly without putting it all over the place because they are an apolitical company. Back around 2016 they got a lot of hate for putting out some statement about “not supporting the GWOT” when the reality is that wasn’t even true...

When people use the term “Patriot” we all know what you actually mean. Might as well just call it what it is
