I think a lot of it has to do with the network and production people in the US. They’re the ones calling the shots and they’ve been bad for years. It’s really shocking just how bad they are at providing analysis of lap times, gaps closing, and projecting what may happen based on the times being set. just finished watching the F1 race and its unbelievable how much better than broadcast team is at this aspect. There’s too much happening in racing for your announcers to be lost and adding so little value to the viewer.

Are you serious? A red flag is displayed when they require urgent medical assistance. A mule or ambulance isn't allowed onto the track while racing. So the race has to be stopped.
