I've been digging StateFair mx. A lot of turns and a lot of jumps, usually good inside ruts and decent dirt. No complaints from me. Even Cahuilla lately, by far NOT their best layout but still fun as hell.

It has turned into a freeway, wide open freeway, it’s nothing like it was in the 90s and early 2000s wich made it great. I think if enough people pass the massage along it could make a difference. Also perris has been the same layout for over a year, I remember tracks changing their layout once a month

Some of those 250 boys are really good (Ferrandis, Sexton. Forkner, McElrath etc). If they just dropped down randomly for one race, no I dont think they'd beat everyone. If they had a month or two to prepare? I'm sure they would win sometimes and not win other times exactly like they did when they were on 250s.

I just ask my kids if they want to go riding every so often. If they don't, no big deal! Sometimes they even come to me asking to ride. I don't push it and never will!

Those things are tough to find now but at the time they were a dime a dozen everywhere. I figured we would sell and then pick up another one if the interest spiked again. Unfortunately now they are scarce. He said it was too noisy and that it scared him, stock exhaust btw. He does however ride a little electric quad we got him all the time. I think I mostly jumped to selling to try and find something/anything that got him outside and that he found enjoyable. The electric, quieter stuff seems to do that at the moment. Thats...
