You’re definitely not alone. I went back to a 250F about five years ago and don’t regret that choice one bit. I’m riding longer motos and I feel more comfortable on the bike. At my weight and skill level, if I can’t get it done with 40hp, I shouldn’t be doing it.

Dunlop MX53 is never good tyre at any track, MX34 always better even hard pack. Maybe this is more in that direction.

I rode it today for the first time too. The only reason is because they extended practice sessions with less time between. I can see big bikes and little bike split but to split big bikes with maybe 100 riders was too much. I will say 3 - 30s before noon is fine for me. Hope they get the Vet track and open it up a bit more because it seems like it would not last if attendance as it was today. As you said the dirt is bit better with some ruts but not like Fox. Rode the new Elsinore this weekend. Dirt is still not great, but does seem a bit better than it used to be. Concrete base with some big cloddy dirt on top that seems to dry up quick. Corners developed some good lines still. Layout was fun - some big jumps out there, but they are well made and not sketchy. I was not a fan of the split practices, but I get they probably had to put something in place from an insurance perspective. From what I've gathered on vital... Beta - it looks like they will be bringing a 250f out for 2027. Ducati - I haven't seen anything. I would assume tweaks to the 450, maybe 250? Delusionally hopeful they drop news about a 350... Gas/Husqvarna/KTM - there were those photos of a prototype test bike, so maybe 2028? Honda - I believe the bike they're riding in mxgp is the new model, so I would assume the CRF450 gets an update Kawasaki - like someone above said, I'm pretty sure I read/heard in a video from Lewis that they'll be getting...

The reason they have those sales is actual enthusiasts realize they are cheap Ktms. What would a private equity investor get out of the Gasgas brand if they buy it and it’s no longer a cheaper ktm? If you’re buying it for the brand and the name, the only credibility they have is by being a red ktm.

Exactly, I even have a friend wno also owns an FC350 say that he was going to lenghten the suspension due to feeling cramped on the bike. It's like dude, you're reading to many posts on FB. The relationship between the bars , seat and pegs aren't effected at all by the shorter suspension so there's no way your feeling cramped...WTF?

You have something here. All the major players are trying to get the same eyeballs each week for views. Problem being there’s 6 versions of the same thing. Same questions, same answers, same press day raw. This is the most original content and format with the most valuable information. It could be it’s own channel I believe. I appreciate it. I dabbled in these a few rounds last year when press day was rained out or I just had enough stuff to talk about. This year, I'm heading to every round and added this to my list to do each week. They're getting great views and response, so we're going to keep doing them. I also really have to thank our man Sean Ogden for throwing together the visuals each Friday night, so they're ready first thing in the morning on race day to publish.

the current ones that PC runs are made by R-Tech. I think you might be able to get them through PC but not 100 percent sure on that. The ones that Factory Kawi runs are cut on their water jet at the shop. I can cut either shape or design on the machines I use to cut tape. Will have them up on the website this coming week. Also will have the option to purchase clear for the airbox with the cut outs like shown in the picture below
