8/30/2023 6:47am I have a 1988 rm125 crankshaft that needs rebuilt. Have the crank out and all parts ready. Had it at a local shop and they said something to the effect that the crank holes we not true and he could not rebuild it without investing a ton of time. Wondered if anyone on here was willing to take a crack...

6/19/2023 6:31am We actually did this at our home track. Got a few dump loads of sand, spread it out in our corners, and tilled it in. Our track isn't big, I would compare it to slightly larger than arena cross size, and it made little to no difference. I think you would need a lot of sand to really loosen up...

5/3/2023 1:09pm Have spoke with both of those and also ProX. Seems as though the story is the same with all and its a no go. I have also bought two other sleeves from smaller companies who thought they had one and both were 86ish models as there was no holes in them for the reed valve.

5/2/2023 6:43am Does anyone have a good cylinder and crankshaft from a 87-88 RM125. My cylinder is bored to the limit and cannot find a sleeve. I also sent my crank to get rebuilt but was told the hole was oval and cant be rebalanced.

It’s not about selling 1000 two strokes a year. It’s about getting people over to your brand. If I ride an RM250, maybe I’ll be more likely to get a yellow 250f or 450 when the time comes. Brand loyalty….Suzuki still has some of it. Updating the 85 would be another good idea to get kids on yellow and create that bond

I guess the nearly 3 million vehicles they sold last year don’t count? Or the $13 billion in gross sales? suzuki vehicles are still very popular outside of the US. Literally sold 2.76million vehicles in 2021..

Kenny is the same as he was on Honda. A few strong races in the beginning of the season and now he starts fading more and more. He did it on the Honda, and now he's doing it on the Suzuki. Same after race interviews talking about issues with bike set up. People love to discredit the Zook but at this point I think Kenny would be in a similar spot on any of the brands. It's just easier for everyone to blame the yellow bike.
