Take off the electric start and efi it would probably be 220 wet. Seems most bikes gained 10-15 lbs with those additions.

Props to Dante Olivera and Mason semmens. Guys are throwing down qualifying times faster than several factory riders. And I would assume one lap sprints are not their specialty.

It would be good to have some dealers chime in on this....I talked to 3 dealers this week that all show they are getting at least 20 allocated to them. Usually dealers are allocated based on previous sales history.

Where do you guys get this odd ball incorrect information? The kx450 and kx450xc have the exact same chassis and triple clamps, same with the kx250/250xc.

Where are you getting this information? The current kx250x and 450x use the same frame and triple clamps as the standard versions, so I'm not seeing how they have a different angle.

Hopefully they come out with a 250 to compete in XC2 GNCC and Pro 250 out west in AMA west scrambles, NHHA and NGPC

It weights the same as a KTM TBI 250/300. KTM claims they weight 219 but most of the media has weighted them and published 233lbs.

Technically Kawi was the first to throw in the towel when they dropped the KX125 in 2005. Suzuki and Honda followed. Final years in the US- KX125 - 2005 KX250 - 2007 RM125 - 2007 RM250 - 2008 CR125 - 2007 CR250 - 2007

The KX500 was discontinued due to poor sales, if it was resurrected, it would show the manufacturer doesn't understand the market.

I have a 23’ MC250(last year of carb) and 250SX TBI. Both with near identical setups, except the TBI has a 100octane head, MC stock head. The MC is a powerhouse in comparison to the TBI, way more off the bottom all the way through the top. I find that between jetting and PV tuning(springs/preload) the MC provides way more...
