Meh. I have a 9800 and I think it's "good, but..." The 'buts" are: -Very large, but not very compartmentalized. I can't separate my boots from everything else, so helmet bags, goggle pouches, etc., get covered with mud. -The shape makes it hard to arrange stuff within. It's somehow almost big enough for three sets of gear, but not quite enough for even two. Weird. -One set of gear won't fill it up, so it does not get held in place during transport. My stuff looks like it's been thrown in the dryer and set to 100RPM when I open...

The reputation of the CRF450 of that era is getting out of hand. Of course the RMZ is a better bike.

I'm going to chicken-hawk this thread quick. Who has ridden a 2018+ rmz for more than 10 minutes? Tinkered with its suspension for your weight, riding and skill? Got a lot done this weekend! the motor is assembled, cleaned up and back in the frame. Brains a cool guy, I always talk to him for a few minutes before I transfer him to Steve. Calls in almost every week with good questions, and gets off the line before Matthes has to hang up on him. With him being blind, I’m sure the pulp show is one of the main ways he stays connected to the sport.. Gonna keep answering his calls
