In race 1 went from 23rd to 6th but couldn't get past Plessinger, Seewer, Roczen, Prado, and Febrvre. Won race 3. Roczen, Prado, Lawrence in MXGP Class. Where did Deegan finish?

Love how this thread turned into a debate about Coast. Just a reminder. The 250SX class is not a "Coastal" championship, its a Regional Championship. 250 East Region and 250 West Region. Just sayin'... Years ago we started calling it Coast and it stuck. Just sounds weird to call a race in Detroit, Indy, Dallas, Nashville, Denver or St. Louis East Coast or West Coast.

Every time HD raced last year we had to see video of his dad(and mom) standing in the pits, trackside, up in the box, interviewing his sister..... Feld does love the "story lines"....Lol

Well reading into it, it sounds like Marchbanks had a bad start, crash , or something, and was coming up thru the pack, and crashed trying to get around Yoder. If that’s the case I totally agree with Yoder - he’s racing for position. now if he was lapping him, I could see Marchbanks being pissed

This sport is so annoying at times... So how long until the less-than-expected results are tied to this injury that they refuse to talk about? They keep saying it was practically nothing so it's only fair to judge whatever his performance is as him being 100%, right? Or if things don't go great at Detroit are they gonna say he's still recovering from getting his tonsils removed or whatever the original reason for not racing west coast was?

I'm a no, but not for any of the reasons stated. I think we are really understating what "Diesel consistency" was. It was podium or win every single round. Not top 5; Not top 7; All podiums (26 consecutive), mostly 1st or 2nd. It was maybe not textbook dominance, but as close as you can get to it without blowing the doors off the competition. This is what a "Diesel" consistent red plate looked like through round four (and beyond):

Curious what you mean when you say the EU and US Kawi efforts aren’t great? US program isnt perfect but has had good success for many years. The addition of Seewer for MXGP this year seems like they are getting serious in the EU.

I am pretty sure he doesn’t need any fires lit. He has a compiling list of complicated injuries. The hope would be, he can build a base (last year) and then push to get the level back he needs to be competitive again. This doesn’t seem to be going to plan, as he is injured again, and his nerve issue doesn’t seem to be getting better as they hoped. I don’t think a satellite team will help with this. It seems AC is well aware that the dream looks to be unattainable. I don’t think he is going to bounce...

As Anderson has told us a few times, he hates...hates doing podcasts or long-form interviews, but does Jace's because he's his buddy and did the Monster one because he sort of had to with his deal. I don't mean that as a dig, as I said before, Jace has done a great job of building relationships and his one with Anderson is strong. He's a great interview though when he's down, I appreciated his time last night.

Ironically it probably helped with his dickhead.
