The East Coast 250 press conference is underway at the moment, we opened up the rider questions by asking Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing's Haiden Deegan about the condition of his wrist, time off, etc. Haiden did admit to a wrist injury, but stated it's just a major sprain and he did have to take some time off, just resuming Supercross training a lil over week ago.
As soon as the recording of this press conference is avalaible to post, we'll toss it up.

This sport is so annoying at times... So how long until the less-than-expected results are tied to this injury that they refuse to talk about? They keep saying it was practically nothing so it's only fair to judge whatever his performance is as him being 100%, right?
Or if things don't go great at Detroit are they gonna say he's still recovering from getting his tonsils removed or whatever the original reason for not racing west coast was?

Daddy Deegs is a very smart man. If Haiden comes out and wins this weekend. The wrist is no issue. If he comes out and gets waxed by his own teammate. He is still fighting an injury.
